The Volunteer Center hosts three signature fundraising events each year to support and promote volunteerism throughout Fond du Lac County.

The Volunteer Center's Silent Disco is a set of two fundraising parties, one specifically geared towards youth & teens, plus another for the adult crowd. The funds raised help cover the operating costs of The Volunteer Center and ensure that the staff can continue to provide services to the Fond du Lac community such as Youth Volunteer Fairs, Service-Learning Placements, Agency Trainings, and much more.

Cheers for Volunteers is a volunteer recognition dinner hosted by the Volunteer Center of Fond du Lac County, Inc. together with the Fond du Lac Area Foundation and The Reporter, and graciously sponsored by community businesses and organizations. The event is held annually on the first Thursday in May. Award recipients are recognized for their volunteer efforts in the local community and are awarded $1,000 each to donate to a Fond du Lac County charity of their choice.

 Youth Engagement and Service-Learning

 The Human Race is designed to bring awareness and financial support to not-for-profit agencies throughout Fond du Lac County and also to support the Youth & Service-Learning Programming offered by the Volunteer Center. Participants raise pledges for their charity of choice or pay the registration fee which supports Youth and Service-Learning Programming offered by the Volunteer Center.
